Who we are

Billify is the service at billify.help. For anything here, write to support@billify.help.

What we collect

Your email and name when you make an account. The bills, income, savings, arrears, and invoices you type in. Billing status from Stripe (plan, dates, whether you’re on trial). We do not store your card number — Stripe does.

What we never collect

Bank logins, Open Banking connections, or a feed of your transactions. Billify is a ledger you fill in on purpose. We can’t see your balance or your shopping.

Why we have it

To run your account, save your ledger, send welcome and password emails, take payment, and answer you if you write in. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it to score credit.

Cookies

A session cookie so you stay signed in. That’s it. No advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

While your account exists. If you ask us to delete it, we remove the account, the ledger, and stop billing. Emails already in your inbox stay in your inbox.

Your rights

You can export your ledger from Settings, change your password, or email us to delete the account. If you’re in the UK or EU you can also ask what we hold and to correct it.
